For The Love Of Pizza.

I love pizza! Who doesn't?! Sadly, this one is not mine.

This one is. It's my first attempt at a raw pizza. Isn't it cute? :-)
I made the crust with almonds, Chia Seeds, red bell pepper & garlic. (I'll give you the link to the recipe at the end.)

I had enough crust for two pizzas. One big, one small. But later I took a glass and flattened-out the smaller one, so that I could have "bread". I love bread too.

Here are the fixins. We've got cilantro, tomatoes, red onions, spinach and scallions, red bell pepper, mushrooms and... wait for it... raw cheese that I made!!!! (Recipe's coming.)

After I spooned on the raw cheese, very generously I might add, cause I LOOOVE me some cheese, I added the cilantro. Not a huge fan of the stuff, but I wanted to give it another chance.

Next came the spinach and scallions.

 Then the tomatoes.

And the mushrooms. (If my youngest son is reading this, he's probably gagging right now! The guy hates mushrooms!!)

Here come the red onions. And the tears. Boo-hoo.

 And the red bell pepper.

Into the dehydrator it went. For hours. And hours. And hours. Note to self... don't make this and think you're gonna eat it for dinner that night. Nope. Ain't gonna happen.

So... remember the part about leaving it in the dehydrator for hours and hours and hours? Well... cancel some of those hours! It was in there too long, while I was sleeping, and the toppings got too dry. :-(

BUT, it tasted super yummy anyway!! Yup! I love pizza!!!! See those sprouts? Those are Alfalfa seeds that I sprouted. Fun!

I LOVE RAW FOOD!!!!
(Except for the cilantro. Cilantro sucks.)

Here is the gal's website, with the pizza and cheese... and many other delicious recipes!!
